Ranger had some special firsts on his birthday. The big change is now he is facing forward in his car seat! We were really looking forward to this, as Ranger has had moments of not loving his car seat. Hopefully now that he can see where we are going, he will find riding in the car a little more fun!
We are having a family birthday party for Ranger on Saturday, but I couldn't let his actual birthday go by without something special to celebrate. We went to Baskin Robbins and Ranger had ice cream for the first time. He was hesitant at first because of the cold, but once he had a taste, he loved it!
Here he is making the sign for "mountains" in the song "My God is So Big!" His Daddy sings this to him all the time, and Ranger has figured out when to do some of the hand signs. Such a big 1-year-old!
