Finally!  We've had a long winter (at least for Texas!), but no snow.  In fact, we haven't had actual snow in a couple of years...just some super cold ice storms.  So, this week, when actual white stuff fell from the sky, our kids were THRILLED!!

It all started Monday, and truthfully, this was just freezing rain.  It was still fun, though!

Snow angels...

And bundling up the kids is just about as much work as playing outside...ha!

Later that night, we decided that dinner and a movie were in order.  What movie?  "Frozen" of course!!

On Tuesday, we enjoyed even more fun in the ice...

Ranger decided sledding down the drive way was pretty fun...

Later though, the kids needed to warm up in Mommy and Daddy's bed.

But Callen didn't join in the sledding fun.  He was in full Lego mode all week!

I'm not even sure how many kits the boys broke apart and rebuilt during the week.  I lost count.  It's the first time Callen has really wanted to build some of the big sets all by himself.  I think with each one, he just became more and more confident that he could actually do it!

Then on Wednesday, we received real, actual, fluffy SNOW!!

But, since the roads weren't icy, preschool was back on!  So, we took this little picture right before going in.
