Yesterday was Chad's birthday, and Ranger was quite insistent that we throw him a party. In fact, he decided that his Daddy needed a "Cars" birthday party! Thankfully my mom was still here, so she took the boys to buy some party supplies and special gifts just from them. :-)
They topped some mini cupcakes with "Cars" decorations...

Then they decorated the table all by themselves!

At this point all the boys could think about was the cupcakes, but we had to wait for Daddy to come out of his office first. They were dying!!

We sang "Happy Birthday" (started by Ranger!) and Chad blew out the candles!

Then it was cupcake time! It was even more fun because this party actually happened before lunch. Dessert before lunch is unheard of! :-)

Then Chad opened his presents that were picked out by the boys. They found some real treasures at the Dollar Store, didn't they?
